No matter how much experience you have with navigation, it proved beneficial to me to refresh my fundamentals.  I became very dependant on electronics over the years.  In an earlier post, I talked about the benefits of keeping your professional edge.  This post will, hopefully prove to be a good refresher for any mariner looking to reestablish their fundamentals.
